Mid Season<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Easter:<\/strong> from 31\/03 to 10\/04 2023. Minimum 2 nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Christmas holidays:<\/strong>from 22 to 31\/12\/2023 and from 1 to 07\/01\/2024. Minimum 2 nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Bridges and weekends<\/strong> with public holidays. Minimum 2 nights<\/p>\n\n\n\n

High Season<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Summer<\/strong>from 23\/06 to 11\/09 2023. Minimum 3 nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 In case of cancellation of the reservation, in case of not showing up on the indicated day or of leaving before the planned day of departure, the farmhouse will keep the damage deposit as its own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If cancellation of the reservation occurs 15 days before the date of entry, Son Esteve will return all monies to the client.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Stay Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Whole house rental and exclusivity<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The stay does not include breakfast, lunch, or dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Check-in at 3:00 p.m., check-out at 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 We work hard to meet everyone's needs, so your vacation runs smoothly. If an early\/late arrival or departure to the house is required, please ask at the time of booking, it is not always possible, but we will try to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 We ask for information about the day and time of arrival and departure of your flight to organize the reception of the customers and their departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 No smoking inside the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 We remind families with children that the property has a pool and that children must be supervised by parents\/adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The prices of this property are in euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Refundable deposits are required for any damage to property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after departure by bank transfer, so we will ask for your details bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, SWIFT or BIC codes) before or upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Reservations are also made for long winter rentals. Prices are provided upon request.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n\n

\u2022 Electricity consumption up to a cost of \u20ac200 is included in the reservation of this property, any additional consumption will be charged at \u20ac0.35\/KWh. The meter will be recorded at arrival and then again at the end of the stay. This will be paid on the day of departure. The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 From January 1, 2018, the Balearic Government requires a Balearic Tourist Tax, to be paid at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the length of stay and the season (Low or High). This tax applies to travellers over the age of 16. You will need to pay it on arrival during the check-in if you haven't already done this it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The farm is fully prepared during the winter holidays; it has central heating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 All rubbish must be removed from the house before leaving on the day of departure, or there will be a \u20ac50 supplement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Not adapted for people with reduced mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Smoking is not allowed inside the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
