Cancellation Policy
• In case of cancellation of the reservation, in case of not showing up on the indicated day or of leaving before the planned day of departure, the farmhouse will keep the damage deposit as its own.
• If cancellation of the reservation occurs 15 days before the date of entry, Son Esteve will return all monies to the client.
Stay Information
• Whole house rental and exclusivity
• The stay does not include breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• Check-in at 3:00 p.m., check-out at 10:00 a.m.
• We work hard to meet everyone's needs, so your vacation runs smoothly. If an early/late arrival or departure to the house is required, please ask at the time of booking, it is not always possible, but we will try to help.
• We ask for information about the day and time of arrival and departure of your flight to organize the reception of the customers and their departure.
• No smoking inside the house.
• We remind families with children that the property has a pool and that children must be supervised by parents/adults.
• There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.
• The prices of this property are in euros.
• Refundable deposits are required for any damage to property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after departure by bank transfer, so we will ask for your details bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, SWIFT or BIC codes) before or upon arrival.
• Reservations are also made for long winter rentals. Prices are provided upon request.
• Electricity consumption up to a cost of €200 is included in the reservation of this property, any additional consumption will be charged at €0.35/KWh. The meter will be recorded at arrival and then again at the end of the stay. This will be paid on the day of departure. The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all times.
• From January 1, 2018, the Balearic Government requires a Balearic Tourist Tax, to be paid at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the length of stay and the season (Low or High). This tax applies to travellers over the age of 16. You will need to pay it on arrival during the check-in if you haven't already done this it.
• The farm is fully prepared during the winter holidays; it has central heating.
• All rubbish must be removed from the house before leaving on the day of departure, or there will be a €50 supplement.
• Not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• Stag and Hen parties are not allowed.
